“The best experience I ever had at an auto shop. I felt like Sam and Rick really cared about me! I needed permanent roof rails installed on my suv, so I tried shopping locally first. I first stopped by Brazoria county truck outfitters and they charged more than a dealership, ($700, which included 4 hours of labor $95 hourly). Really? 4 hour to install roof rails? Then I called Hurricane Auto, and spoke to Rick who was so friendly. He wouldn't give me a quote over the phone but when I told him about my first shop, he couldn't believe how much they were trying to charge me. When I came in, I spoke to Sam who was also very friendly. They charged me only $300 for everything!!!! I know they say you get what you pay for, but in this case I got so much more PLUS Great customer service. I only wished they did other things like rims and tires! I certainly will be coming back! Sam, the owner of Hurricane Auto & Glass stepped up and replaced my windshield with a original OEM from BMW out of his own pocket. I drive a 09 M3 and know the genuine BMW windshield isn't cheap. What more can you ask for when it comes to warranty? When you buy a windshield you are buying the windshield and the warranty. As a consumer, we need to believe the business will be there years later to live up to that warranty.
