“I bought a brand new Chevy truck and first thing that came to mind was to install an Remote Start Alarm and Steps the guys at the dealership recommend me to Hurricane Auto on 45 . I went there and this guy named Sam was really helpful and gave me a great price. I called around to a few places and checked online to get prices to insure I was going to get the best deal. The price Sam gave me was awesome!!! $150 cheaper than the places I got prices from and $75 cheaper than the online prices that offered free installation. After purchase he set me up for installation the next day at 2 pm I got there around 2:15 and he was waiting on me. The installation took about three and half hours, but I didn't mind because they have a nice and clean waiting area. Once the installation was complete He showed me how the remote start works and gave me information about it. They did a great job everything came out just the way I imagined and the steps look great on my new truck!! I love this place!!! Very good customer service.”

“This place is awesome. Cheaper than lot other places around town. This company recommended by friend of mine who works for dealership, I think they take care of all their glass replacement jobs. They had nice little waiting area with no cable network just few local channels. Did not have open WIFI but went and asked the guy at front desk called Sam, he gave me password for WIFI then I went in browsing don't know how I passed about an two hours and got my windshield replaced on my Ford F150. They replaced all my old stickers including my EZ Tag without messing it up on to my new windshield. Good customer service very nice people. “I was looking for customizing my truck with steps, bed cover and some chrome accessories for doors, mirrors and fenders and one of my friend told about go to Hurricane Auto and I did called them and checking on prices, found they are very reasonable comparing to other few shops I called. I decided to stop by and have a look at actual product they had display of bed cover and nerf bars I was interested in adding to my truck. He showed fold covers, lift up tonneau covers and roll back type bed covers and explained the differences in options, quality and prices. For my kind of work thought fold type will work better and I decided to go for undercover flex bed cover and decided to go for 4" oval steps and some fender trim and door handle covers. He worked me out with package price and scheduled me for next day install. Got it installed as per schedule and gave me product usage and maintenance tips. “Complaint: I picked out a pattern for a spray-on truck liner and was promised same day service with a 4hour turnaround time. At close of the business day, the vehicle wasn't ready and on delivery the next day I found a different product has being used and not the agreed upon thickness and the quality of work on on the left side of the bed was very poor compared to the right. I asked for these defects to be remedied. They replied that I get a life time warranty and can come back anytime. Failing to acknowledge that the service was not what was agreed upon. The proceeded to call the next day and say my vs chicle can not be warrantied and gave no financial or material refund or compensation for the terrible workmanship.Desired Settlement: Fell or partial refund as the product & service cannot be returned.
